BARTON’S bariatric solutions include a bed, convertible chair, and the Positioning and Transfer System (PTS). Together they provide a safe, no-lift solution to the increasing number of non and limited ambulatory bariatric patients weighing up to 450kg. The Barton Transbed includes unique features such as the swing-away trapeze self help pole, “Helping Hand” side-egress bar, and integrates with the existing Convertible chair and Barton PTS to allow a single care giver to move patients up to 450kg safely, carefully and efficiently.
